Set within the nurturing and restorative energy of Saor Anam, this workshop invites you to slow down and soften. Like the hare pausing at the edge of the meadow, this is a moment of alert stillness, where intuition sharpens and inner truth quietly steps forward.

Together, we will explore reflection as a living practice:

Noticing what arises when the mind is quiet

Allowing symbols, images, and feelings to surface naturally

Using the mirror not to judge, but to recognise

Held at the height of summer, this second gathering carries a different quality. Like the deer standing watchful among wildflowers, this workshop is about embodiment, standing fully in who you are becoming.

Within the rich mythic atmosphere of Tir Na Nog, The Mirror Within becomes an invitation to:
