REFUND POLICY

Seidrkatts® creates oracle cards and spiritual tools in small batches, with many items produced to order or as limited editions. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products, including downloadable content, PDF files, and digital readings, are non-refundable once access has been provided.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We accept returns only if an item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your item is damaged on arrival, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Oracle cards once opened or used
Subscription products after dispatch
Bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order items
Readings, interpretations, or spiritual services

This does not affect your statutory rights.

CHANGE OF MIND

Due to the nature of oracle cards and spiritual tools, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
